Terms & Conditions

My terms of professional service to you as the patient are for all fees to be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. The patient will be liable for debt collection agency and legal charges in the event of unpaid invoices.

An administration charge of £50 is levied in the event of cancellation of an appointment within 24h or for non-attendance, for which the patient is personally liable.

Financial Interests
I am legally obliged to tell you if I have any financial interests in OneWelbeck Digestive Health (previously named Digestive Surgery) or any equipment there. My shareholding in OneWelbeck Endoscopy is 0.61%.
