Terms & Conditions
My terms of professional service to you as the patient are for all fees to be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Interest is charged for late payment. Debt collection charges are added to unpaid accounts. Cheques are to be made payable to “Dr M Pitcher, NTH Ltd” and should be sent, addressed to me by name, c/o The Clementine Churchill Hospital. If you prefer to pay by credit or debit card, please give your card details to me at the time of consultation or to Amanda, my secretary, beforehand. A handling charge of 5% is levied for this service.
An administration charge is levied in the event of a patient failing to attend a booked appointment, for which that patient is personally liable.
